When PE becomes impotence and what to do about it.

I came across your details over the net and think that you may be able to help as everything else I’ve tried and am trying has failed.

I’m a 35 year old guy who’s suffered from PE since a teenager and am sick and tired of losing a relationship due to it or even self sabotaging them as its really affected my confidence to the point where i cant get an errection anymore unless i take a blue pill.

Hi Joe,

I understand your situation in fact it’s a very common dilemma and I’m confident that I can help you as I have helped many others with similar conditions.

The first step is to strengthen the muscles around your sex center, we call them the PC muscles which run from the pubic bone to the tailbone or coccyx bone. this involves daily exercise of these muscles to help them develop. There are a number of exercises that are helpful. I suggest you begin with rapid followed by slow muscle contractions and relaxing of these PC muscles. see how many you can do for starters… you can begin with 30 rapid contraction and relaxation of these muscles… and then do 30 slow deliberate constructions and relaxations bearing down on each relaxation to fully flex these muscles in both directions.

You can do them daily and without being noticed [although they might wonder why you have a silly grin on your face, these exercises have been known to increase your arousal]!  so do them often while you’re waiting in line, at a traffic light or anytime that you have a few moments to spare. These muscles will respond quite quickly and are very important in expanding your orgasmic, pleasure thresholds.

When these muscles have developed tone that you can easily use them when needed to reverse the impulse to ejaculate to what we refer to as tantra as  injaculate.

The next step is to work on your thinking that you’re going to come sooner than you want to. The more you worry about it, the more likely it will affect you. So instead, you must focus on  positive and uplifting thoughts will guide you in the right direction.

This is part of a four foundation technique that I can teach you in depth either in person or over the phone. Essentially you need to reprogram your body and your brain to respond to pleasure differently. This will take some effort and practice will make perfect eventually, but since this has been a condition of yours for many years, it will take some radical changes in your response to pleasure, which I can also help you with.  The secret lies in focusing on what you want instead of what you DON’T want!
